Skyland Trail, a project of the George West Mental Health Foundation, promotes recovery from mental illness. Our programs foster reintegration into the community and empower adults to live with dignity and independence. In partnership with families, providers and the community, we deliver excellence in treatment, education and research, and provide a model for replication.
